Out of order prepaid land line
GREETINGS! Sept. 26, 2009 was a very memorable day for us. This was the day when typhoon Ondoy visited us. It destroyed many valuable properties, took lives and many, many more. It also took my livelihood in terms of breaking down my precious land line telephone that I used to earn my living.
I am a food supplier to medium size restaurants. I received my orders through my Globe land line (prepaid) but up to now, it is still out of order – almost 45 days.
You also published almost the same problem about an out of order prepaid land line last Oct. 23 and you called the attention of Globe Telecom Inc. to fix it.
Please give me an update on this matter. Thank you and more power. God bless. Please with hold my real name and address.

REPLY: According to Mr. Richard Pangilinan , technical problem investigator of Globe, typhoon Ondoy really brought havoc on Globe lines. But repair is still on-going without without let up. Out of order lines will be repaired as soon as they can. Please bear with them, said Mr. Pangilinan.
Your line is expected to be completed before the end of the month. More than 400 telephone lines have been affected. Globe promised to fix it.
